Short step-by-step answers to common questions. Didn’t find yours? Message our support — at the bottom of the page.
01The sign-in code doesn’t arrive
- Check your Spam and Promotions folders — the email comes from BiBi VPN, sender noreply@bibi.gg.
- Check your email for typos: common ones are gmail.ru instead of gmail.com, mail.r instead of mail.ru, an extra dot or space.
- You can request a new code after a minute — the button in the app becomes active by itself. Only the latest code works.
- Add noreply@bibi.gg to your contacts so emails are less likely to land in Spam.
02The VPN won’t connect
- Switch networks: from Wi‑Fi to mobile data or the other way round — and connect again.
- Choose “Auto” or another country in the Locations tab.
- Tap “Disconnect” and connect again.
- If the app says “No servers available”, all servers are busy or updating: retry in a minute or pick another country.
- Update the app to the latest version: App Store, APK for Android, Windows installer.
- On Android the system asks for VPN permission on the first connection — tap “OK”. If you declined, the request appears again next time.
03Android: “Install blocked” or Play Protect
- These are standard Android warnings for apps from outside Google Play. Only download the APK from bibi.gg.
- Step-by-step animation — what to tap in Chrome, where to allow the install, how to answer Play Protect: Android guide.
04Windows: SmartScreen and the admin prompt
- “Windows protected your PC” is how SmartScreen greets new programs: “More info” → “Run anyway”.
- In User Account Control click “Yes” — without admin rights the secure connection can’t be created.
- Step-by-step animation: Windows guide.
05Paid, but no access
- Wait a couple of minutes: the bank confirmation sometimes takes a moment.
- Sign in to the app with the same email you used for the payment — the days go to the account with that email.
- Your term is shown in the app — “N days left” at the top of the home screen — and in your account on the site.
- If no device was selected at payment, the days go to the first device you sign in on.
06How many devices, and moving to a new phone
- One payment — one device. Sign in with one email on all your devices and pay for each separately.
- New phone: install the app and sign in with the same email.
- Paid days from the old device can be moved to the new one in your account — the “Move days” button.
