Important: the data we collect is limited to what the bibiVPN service needs to work; we do not sell it and take the necessary measures to protect it.
Mobile app bibiVPN ("App") provides a secure VPN connection.
bibiVPN collects and processes your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy for Mobile App and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. This Policy provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and our obligations and explains how, why and when we process your personal data. Our general principle is to collect only the information that is necessary to provide you with full functionality of our products and services.
What Data We Collect
When you use the app, we store: your account email (sign-in with a code, notifications, receipts), the app installation number, information about your account’s devices (platform, last sign-in time, access term, traffic volume) and your payment history (amount, date, method, status; we never receive or store card details). We do not record which websites you open through the VPN. If you use the Telegram bot @bibi_fast_vpn_bot, we also store your Telegram ID, username and Telegram profile name — while you use the bot; they can be deleted on request to support@bibi.gg.
When you are using our software
When you choose to use our app, you thereby accept to provide us your personal data listed above. This data is essential as it helps ensure the full functionality of bibiVPN services.
You can always delete your account by sending an email to support@bibi.gg to ensure that even this data is removed from our database.
Account
Your account is created the first time you sign in to the app with your email: we send a code, and once you enter it the account is ready. The free trial is tied to the app installation number.
Usage of information
It is important for a VPN service to understand how much traffic you are using. That is why we collect data about how you interact with our services, how much traffic you’ve used, and for how long you have been using our services.
Diagnostic/Device information
About your device we store only the platform (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS), the app installation number, the last sign-in time and traffic volume — to grant access and the free trial.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell data. Some data is received by services we cannot provide the service without: YooKassa and Apple for payments, the email service for sending emails, Telegram if you use the bot. See the website privacy policy for details.
Law
We do not violate local laws and we do not need any license to provide VPN services.
Use by kids
We do not offer our Services for use by kids and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, and/or about individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or under the age of majority in the jurisdiction of residency / from which the Services are used. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), or under the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use the Services, do not provide any Personal Data to us without the involvement of a parent or a legal guardian.
