How to install bibiVPN
Choose your device. bibiVPN is not in the Russian App Store and Google Play — here is how to install it anyway, step by step.
iPhone: switch your App Store country to Kazakhstan
Only the store changes: photos, iCloud, contacts and purchased apps stay where they are. No bank card is needed — you can choose no payment method.
Before you start
- Spend any remaining Apple balance: you can’t switch with a non-zero balance.
- Cancel subscriptions billed by Apple (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) and wait for the paid period to end.
- If you’re in Family Sharing, you’ll need to leave the group.
- Wait for pre-orders, movie rentals and refunds to finish.

Step 1
Open Settings
Open Settings and tap your name at the top.

Step 2
Media & Purchases
Tap Media & Purchases, then View Account. You may be asked for Face ID or your Apple password.

Country/Region
Tap Country/Region, then Change Country or Region.

Step 4
Choose Kazakhstan
Choose Kazakhstan, tap Continue and accept the terms (Agree).

Payment — None
For payment method choose None. If you don’t see None, go back to “Before you start”: a balance, subscription or family group is in the way.

Address in Kazakhstan
Enter an address in Kazakhstan — a hotel address or any real address in Almaty works. The postcode has 6 digits, the phone is a Kazakh number (+7 7XX). Tap Next.

Step 7
Install BiBi VPN
Open the App Store, search for BiBi VPN and tap Get — or use the “Open BiBi VPN in the App Store” button above.
After installing
- The app keeps working even if you switch your country back the same way.
- The App Store only offers bibiVPN updates in regions where it is listed. To update, keep Kazakhstan or switch while updating.
- Alternatively, use a separate Apple ID set to Kazakhstan for the App Store only: Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Sign Out, then sign in with the second account. Your iCloud stays yours.
Option 1 — APK from our site (easiest)
An APK is the app’s installer file. No Google Play and no country change needed.

Step 1
Download the APK
Tap Download APK above and wait for the download to finish.

Step 2
Allow the install
Open the file. Android will ask to allow installs from this source — turn on Allow from this source and go back.

Install
Tap Install. If Google Play Protect asks, choose “Install anyway”.
If your phone has Google Play and bibiVPN is available there, install it from Google Play instead. The Play and website versions are signed differently: one can’t update the other — you’d need to uninstall and reinstall. A new APK from the site installs over the previous APK and keeps your data.
Option 2 — change your Google Play country
Google’s rules are strict: you can change the country once every 90 days, you need to be in the new country and add a payment method from there. It can’t be changed from a Google family group. The change takes effect within 48 hours.

Google Play settings
Open Google Play, tap your profile icon at the top right and choose Settings.

Country and profiles
Open General → Account and device preferences → Country and profiles.

Step 3
Pick the country
Tap the new country and add a payment method from it. Then search Google Play for BiBi VPN.
Android TV: the TV app is coming to Google Play soon — we’ll add the link here.
Windows
Download the archive, unzip it to any folder and run BiBi VPN.
Windows may say “Windows protected your PC” — click More info → Run anyway.
Allow it to run as administrator: without that Windows won’t let the app create the secure connection.
